What makes The Candle Room By Vee products different?

We pride ourselves on making high quality productsfor your home design. We believe that fragrance is that necessary element to enhance your space and develop your personal style. While most candle companies make their candles in large batches, we pride ourselves on making each of our candles individually to ensure high quality. Each of our candles are handmade and hand poured with quality ingredients. You can trust that you are buying products that have been made with care to use in your daily routines.

What ingredients do you use?

All our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty free and never tested on animals. Each product page has a complete list of ingredients. Our candles are made with 100% pure soy wax, cotton core wicks, and a blend of fine fragrance oils that consist of naturally made materials. Our uniquely selected fragrance compliments our pure soy wax that is all natural, nontoxic, clean burning and provides a long lasting and smooth surface appearance in our candle jars.

Can I use The Candle Room By Veecandles while pregnant, nursing, or around children?

We set high standards about the ingredients we use because we know
you are using our products around people you love; we only produce what we
would personally use at home with our own families. Like all household
products, make sure to use ours as directed and keep out of the reach of pets
and children. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with your
physician or healthcare professional prior to using to ensure you and your
little ones are safe.

I have a pet, is it safe to burn your candlesin my household?

At The Candle Room By Vee, we love our animals as much as you do,
and our products are formulated to be generally safe to use in households
shared with pets. Our products are not tested on animals, but we always
recommend using them as directed according to our warning labels. Keep your
candles from The Candle Room By Vee out of the reach of pets and children.
Since some animal breeds can be sensitive to certain smells, please use caution
while burning candles around your pets. In addition, please consult your
veterinarian for the best advice regarding your furry friend.

What is the best way to care for mycandle?

Candles need love too! To care for your candles, trim the candle’s
wick to 1/4” before or after every burn session and allow the candle to burn
for 3-4 hour at a time, or until a full melt pool has formed. To help control
the strength and prolong the scent of your candle, we recommend keeping the lid
on the jar when candle is not in use.

What if a product I want is notonline or is marked out of stock?

If a product is marked as sold out, we will restock shortly.
Please click the “Notify Me When this is Back in Stock” option to sign up to be
notified via email when the product is available again.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We work fast to get your order out to you. Unfortunately, once
your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes, including address
changes, item changes, or cancelation requests. If you need a change of
address for your package, please contact the shipping carrier to update your
shipping information or request that your package is delivered to an access point
or local pick-up location near you. The Candle Room By Vee is not responsible
for any lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses, thanks for your
understanding!

Can I send my order as a gift?

The Candle Room By Vee candles make perfect gifts for any
occasion. To include a personalized gift note with your order, please submit
your message in the “Special Instructions” box. Invoices are not included in
orders, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order.

Do you do local pickups ordrop-offs?

As much as we want to get your candles to you as fast as possible, we are not
offering local pickups or drop-offs at this time.

Do you offer gift cards?

We know that finding the perfect scent can be a personal
experience, that's why we created The Candle Room By Vee Gift Cards, to allow
your loved ones to pick their favorite scent.

 

Here is how our gift cards work: gift cards are delivered by email
after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical
gift cards. If you would like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's
inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours.
Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the
gift card afterwards.

Gift cards are available in increments of $25 and there are no
additional processing fees.

Gift cards are available to use only at TheCandleRoomByVee.com.
Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they do not
expire.

How do I start a subscription?

Know your signature scent and never want to run out? We support
that. To start your subscription, please provide us with your email address in
our “Be the first to know” section.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Yes, we do!  If you are interested in placing a bulk
order, please email your information to Thecandleroombyvee@gmail.com with
subject line “custom order”.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to different temperatures around the world and to ensure your
candles arrive in great condition, unfortunately we are currently not shipping
orders internationally.

Where do you ship?

We only ship throughout The Unites States.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Please allow additional processing time around holidays.



Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, orders may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on
location.



Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information
is outside of our control, and as much as we would like to be there, final
delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or
stolen packages.

What if my tracking info does not show any updates?

An order's tracking status may take 48 hours to update once a
shipping label has been created. If you have not received any updates after 48
hours, please reach out to us at Thecandleroombyvee@gmail.com and we will be happy
to help you investigate it. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly
with any shipping related issues since they will have more information
available.

What if my order was damaged intransit?

We take pride in making sure our candles are packaged properly.
Depending on where you are located and the time of year, melted or leaky
candles may occur in transit. If you’ve received a melted candle in
transit, please reach out to us at  Thecandleroombyvee@gmail.com with your order
number and proof of damage to request a replacement within 48
hours of receiving your shipment. Please avoid leaving your packages
outside in the hot summer sun when possible. Thank you for your understanding! 

My order is being marked asdelivered, but I did not receive it.

As soon as a package leaves our possession, delivery time
(including delays) is up to the carrier. We kindly ask that customers allow 3-5
business days from the delivery date for the package to hopefully find its way
to the correct address. Sometimes carriers may mark a package as delivered
before it reaches its destination or in some cases, the package has been
delivered to an Access Point or Locker for customer pickup. We recommend
contacting the carrier directly with any shipping or delivery related issues
since they will have more information available.  In addition, we also
encourage customers to double check that the shipping address is correct before
checking out. The Candle Room By Vee is not liable for missing, lost or stolen
packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information or carrier
misdelivering packages.

Can I return or exchange my candlefrom The Candle Room By Vee?

Our goal is for our customers to be completely satisfied with
their order. Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange at this time.
If your order arrived damaged or if you are experiencing an issue with your
product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order,
including photos with a detailed description and we will be more than happy to
assist you.
